After trying WW for six months with no luck - I am back to using MFP - I used to be able to use the barcode scanner with the free app, now it says I have to upgrade to premium to use it. Is there no barcode scanner in the free app now? Thank you.

A new beginning - again
I started back on track yesterday after 7 months of ups and downs. I had back surgery last fall, gained 5 lbs, then I lost the 5 and had started going to the gym and walking again, then I suffered several 2nd burns to my foot and was on bed rest for pretty much all of January , and gained 7 lbs. Realistic Protein Goal
I am on 1200 calories a day, and am trying to lose 5 more pound to my goal weight. Is 70 grams of protein a day sufficient, or should I increase it? I struggle with getting 70 g but I keep reading about how important it is to get more protein and less carbs. 5'10" 145lbs.

Back surgery/maintaining not easy
I have been maintaining my 30 pd weight loss for over a year. I had back surgery 5 weeks ago and have gained 5 pds. I can't exercise for a few more weeks, my daily intake is 1200 (mfp calculated). Should I lower my calorie intake to help me to start losing?

Added sugar vs. Natural Sugar
I seem to go over my sugar goal every day, due to the fruits/veggies I eat. I was wondering if I should include natural sugar in my sugar goal for the day? If I did not count fruits/veggie I would be way under my sugar goal. Anyone else have this issue?
