I am starting IF today, aiming for 16/8. I have a question, if I drink Kombucha outside the eating time frame doe that break my fasting time?

I'm a newbie, but for me it would break my fast as it causes an insulin response, however bone broth does not. I think it depends on what you are aiming to accomplish. I follow Dr. Fung's fasting protocol to "reverse" Type 2 diabetes, so my focus may not align with yours.
I'm curious to hear other opinions though, as i've only been doing IF about a week.1 -

Thanks for your reply. After doing additional research I learned that it would break the fast. So I will drink my Kabucha during fed hours only. I am drinking unsweet tea and water only during my fasting time though, especially in the morning. Good luck with IF!0 -
