Hi I'm Amy. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks IF for me, I am down 5 lbs with 6 lbs to go till goal. IF has really helped me break the plateau that I had been at for months. I do 17/7, 1200 calories.

Do you have an Aldi near by? Their foods are great, many organic, low calorie, healthy options. The produce there is very reasonable. I do 75% of my grocery shopping there, prices are so much lower than grocery stores.

Kombucha - at first I liked it and drank it daily, now I gag just thinking about it!

I have completely eliminated sugar from my coffee and tea :)

I am currently on my 2nd week of IF, 16/8. It has worked great for me, I am down 5 lbs. Since I only eat within the 8 hours, I feel I make better choices.

I love to put frozen brussel sprouts with a balsamic glaze, olive oil and S&P in my airfryer and "roast" them. So yummy!

Thanks for your reply. After doing additional research I learned that it would break the fast. So I will drink my Kabucha during fed hours only. I am drinking unsweet tea and water only during my fasting time though, especially in the morning. Good luck with IF!

Just started back logging daily, I am down to my last 10 lbs and stuck in a rut. Also started IF yesterday, hopefully that will give me a jumpstart and logging will keep me on track!

5'10" 51 years old 149 lbs - MFP has 1450 to lose .5 a week, I aim for 1300 because to lose 1 lb a week it's 1200 which is hard to stick to.

I blend a handful of frozen fruit with a Pure Protein Shake, less than 200 calories and 30 grams of protein. Usually keeps me full till lunch.

I just want to be healthy and don't want extra weight to contribute to health problems.

I use mine almost daily, so many options!! Chicken tenders, eggrolls, french fries, nuggets, chicken breasts, potatos, wings, I'm going to do a turkey breast for Thanksgiving in it. The absolutely best thing I have found is cooking bacon in it! Very crispy, little grease and cleanup is a breeze.

I don't think about logging on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day - then I get back to it with a lot of xtra water the next day. Although I do try to fit some treats into my calorie goal throughout the holiday season, I don't want to feel deprived of any goodies :)

I have an Ergotron standing work station. I love it, I alternate throughout the day sitting and standing, really helps my back.

I love Premier Protein Shakes, not sure they are considered meal replacements, but I have one for bfast daily and they keep me going till lunch time. I like the chocolate and the banana ones the best. I also mix a shake with PB2 for an extra yummy extra protein shake!
