okay I know I haven't been great about checking in and posting my weekly stats...but here is where I am... 1/2 - 368.8 1/10 - 366.6 (2.2) 1/18 - 365.8 (0.8) 1/25 - 363.6 (2.2) I feel I'm holding a steady decline...hoping to improve as time goes on. Way to go for all your great losses! We are doing great!

Honestly, I say this to myself too, you have to constantly remind yourself that you aren't there for them or you are there for YOU! Don't let others keep you from getting to your goal! You can do it!

Happy Scale is great! I weigh every morning and record on Friday in MFP. Good to know I'm not alone. Just a little reminder everyday of what I'm need to do!

I'm 35 and I'm aiming to lose 160 lbs. I've also struggled with my weight all my life. I'm looking to the same. I'm just been logging my meals, staying under my calorie count and walking at least 6 days a week. I'm down 7 lbs in 13 days. I would love to encourage each other...add me if you like.
