Great job! Just started myself but there are a ton of great youtube videos for beginners with things to do (and avoid). One thing I've seen stressed is to make sure your electrolytes are up. Make sure you're getting enough sodium, magnesium and potassium. They say that not keeping up with those will zap your energy levels…
