i don't like seeing the number go up or staying the same. it discourages/confuses me, and can confuse a lot of other people. for example the OP thinks 2 pounds after a work out was real weight loss.

when i was 150-160 i had signs of looser/deflating skin. i think weight training might help a bit, if you don't have too much of it. if youre a girl, nothing you can do about boobs except surgery

this is a huge problem for me because my diet has always been like this. my parents never made me eat veggies, and i am allergic to fruit and most nuts. the only veggies i like are spinach and string beans, and carrots. the only thing i can think to eat with that is chicken, which gets old fast. i get sick of food easily.…

my entries were usually 2000 one day and the rest of the days were 1200-1300. i tried to have my weekly calories equal to me losing 2lbs a week, so i could be 178 by july. i'm going do what you say and start eating 1600-1700 for the next month and see if that helps :)

i had some saggy/deflated looking skin back when i lost 105lbs. my whole body looked real deflated, but not so bad to where it was shocking. in my case i think if i worked out, my upper arms and inner thighs would have been pretty tone, maybe my belly button too. nothing i can do about boobs though except get surgery.
