I just had a pre-op class today and we were informed off stalls in weight loss. It's not unusual and we were told its nothing to stress over. Just keep doing what you should do and it will all work…

Congrats on getting your surgery date! Thats my wedding anniversary day lol. I am a week from you and I get to start my liquids on the 16th. You are right it gives you a little less time to go crazy! I hope the time flies by for you and I will be thinking of you on the 16th.

Good to hear all went well! You give us all that are waiting some inspiration. I am less than 3 weeks til my surgery date and I have those mixed feelings. Keep up the good work and we are all here for you!

Thanks sinderstorm. I saw it on Amazon and I'm gonna get a container. It looks like a very good deal. I like the idea of adding it to just about anything. I'm not a prime member but I may have to consider it. I order from there at least once a month anyway.

I am fairly new to the protein shakes and powders. I am waiting for my surgery date so I have been reading up on many of them. I have found that the unflavored powders are much less in calories. For example Isopure unflavored has 26 grams of protein and is 110 calories. 3 scoops would get you to 78 grams at 330 calories.…

You can turn it around! I love martabeerich's reply and cabennett99 is right on with his advice. I am fairly new to all of this but I have noticed if I don't get enough protein my cravings go nutso.

You did it Congrats! I am also waiting for my final insurance approval. Our surgery dates may be close together! Lets hope it goes smoothly and quickly for the both of us.

Where have I been! LOL Just saw this. So here it goes 1. Try not to stress while waiting for my final insurance approval and surgery date(its been frustrating). 2. Stay on track with exercise everyday. 3. Keep my protein high and my carbs low. 4. Play outside more! 5. Again stop stressing about insurance! Errrrrrrrrrr!!

How crazy! I just picked up Crystal Light lemon tea today! I didn't think about caffeine in it. Glad I only picked up a 3 single pack to try it.
