Tummy Rumbling
Since my surgery I do not feel hungry and I don't get that gurgling noise when my tummy is empty. The second I eat food it sounds like a monster in there with all the rumbling and gurgling. I eat slow and at the most it is about 1/2 cup of food. Does anyone else get this? Should I be concerned?

Lump at the bottom of the sternum
Has anyone else felt a lump at the bottom of your sternum? It feel so odd and feels larger than I think it should. I also had a hernia repair and wonder if thats what it is. One Week Post-op
Well I made it through the first week. I had a hiatal hernia repair done as well. Didn't know it was there but glad the surgeon found it and fixed it. Woohoo! Finally got my surgery date!!!
Stress is over. The date is Nov. 23rd. There was an insurance mix up but all is straightened out. I actually got the approval by mail before the surgeons office got it on their computer. Now I can feel like I can get truly prepared. Well as prepared as I can be.
