Woohoo! Finally got my surgery date!!!

Stress is over. The date is Nov. 23rd. There was an insurance mix up but all is straightened out. I actually got the approval by mail before the surgeons office got it on their computer. Now I can feel like I can get truly prepared. Well as prepared as I can be.

    Yay!!!! Congratulations! I won't be too far behind you. I just got my insurance approval. Awaiting my negative nicotine test results (should be about a week).

    Oh, lordy. Negative nicotine test? We're you a smoker? I feel like my journey was a cake walk (... yuuummmm...cake...) compared to the tests, biopsies, burning hoops that many of you have had to negotiate! Hats off!
