I have never weighed my food and I suppose it may be possible I am eating more, I kind of eyeball things and then see what choices I have for amounts when I log it. I am going to be more diligent about trying different things to get the calories up without stuffing myself, thank you for the ideas.

My desire for carbs has also gone way down but I still fight the hunger for sweets, especially at night.
