Do you have to eat?
I am doing LCHF with 75%fat, 20%protein & 5%carbs. This is my 3rd week and I am not hungry, at all. I made myself eat breakfast 4 hours ago and am sitting here with 2 boiled eggs and a cup of bouillion/butter and don't want any of it. Should I just eat it? Will I throw myself off track if I don't?
