Doing this really helped yesterday :) JFT Tuesday 12/01 1. Stick to preplanned food and have chocolate with my leftover cals as a treat :) 2. do mindfulness exercises again before bed 3. Rest ankle after being in the office today 4. Do Laundry 5. Get up to date on work before I leave the office

JFT 30/12 1. Eat planned meals 2. stay within todays calories 3. get 6000 steps 4. Eat fruit for snacks in the evening. 5. start a journal. I am new to this but it really helped having done it yesterday when I ended up in the supermarket really hungry and managed to avoid all the rubbish.
