  • 4 miles today, really hot and muggy. Not an enjoyable run at all. Is it wrong that I'm looking forward to next winter?!
  • 5.2 miles today. Very hot again but felt a bit easier than yesterday.
  • First run of the month, had to cut it short to 3 miles because of the heat. Going to have to get up ridiculously early tomorrow to fit in a long run while it's cooler. I hate the weather here in the UK, it goes from one extreme to the other pretty quick. Snow in places last week, heat wave this week :/
  • 60 miles again for me. This will be my fifth month in a row trying to hit 60 but I'm definitely getting closer!

  • For the 4th month in a row my goal is 60 miles. I've not hit it yet but I'll keep trying, fingers crossed for no injuries or illness this month :)
  • 3 miles today, really cold but really sunny, it was beautiful. 15 miles off my March goal but I had a week off sick and then the week after that I really struggled. Overall I'm really pleased with my month, my highest miles yet :)
  • 5.1 miles today, it was the hardest run ever. I didn't eat enough yesterday, just found out that along with my anaemia I also have cealiacs disease. Nearly all the food in my house has gluten in it so it was a bit of a struggle to eat. Off shopping now to fill my cupboards with overpriced and tasteless gluten free yuck,…
  • 2.5 miles this morning, no rain but very windy. I'm nowhere near my month goal, although I'm on track for my most miles in a month so I'll take that :)
  • 5.1 miles today in the pouring rain, i actually really enjoyed it :)
  • 4.5 miles this morning, my longest run for a while and it felt good :)
  • 3.3 miles today, hopefully I'm out of my 2 mile slump! And to be honest I could have gone further but I had to get home to get the kids up and ready for school. I really needed that today, confidence restored :)
  • 2 miles today, I managed to slow down to 12:43/mi but it was still incredibly difficult. Hopefully I'll get out of this slump soon, I'm looking forward to increasing my distance again :)
  • 2.1 miles again this morning. I slowed down as much as I could but it was still a struggle. I made it though so I'm happy with that.

  • 2.1 miles this morning. Another awful run :( I can't help but think I'm starting to fail at running, a month or so ago i ran my first 10k but now I'm struggling to even run 2 miles :(
  • 2.2 miles today, my first run in a week due to illness (again!). It was awful!! My lungs were really hurting and felt really cold, my nose and sinuses hurt and about a mile in my head started aching. I wish I'd stayed in bed! Rest day tomorrow, I normally hate rest days but I'm looking forward to it :)
  • No run again for me today, the kids are better but I've caught their sickness bug and feel awful. Hopefully better for my next run on sunday, I find I start to get a bit stressed out when I don't run.
  • Gutted, no run today :'( Kids have a sickness bug so I was up all night with them and by the time it got to 6am I could barely keep my eyes open let alone run. Hopefully they're over the worst of it, I might attempt a 5 miler tomorrow to make up for my lost miles today.
  • Ooops, I got my total wrong! It's 10.7, I nearly lost 2 miles!
  • 2.5 miles this morning, 8.7 in total. My first (and last!) run without music. I forgot to charge my iPod so I went without. It was so boring and I was really aware of how noisy my breathing was. My iPod's already on charge ready for Wed morning, I won't be making that mistake again lol.
