2 miles today, I'm really upset because the pain in my leg started again halfway through. I thought it'd gone after 2 weeks rest but it's back with a vengeance. I've got 2 days rest now, hopefully it'll be fine for my Sunday run.

For the third month in a row my target is 60 miles, I've not made it yet but I have a good feeling about it this time :) Fingers crossed for no injuries this month!

I'm so unbelievably excited, I'm doing my first run for 2 weeks tomorrow morning!! My leg is feeling much better, I hope that's the end of it all now and I can get back to my training. Also, I can't believe how excited I am about running, a few months ago I would have loved an excuse not to be able to run!

My first time on here for a while due to injury and it seems there's a lot of it about at the moment! Really pleased with the 6.6 miles I've just done, my furthest ever. That's 34 miles out of 60 for the month. I've just signed up for my first ever race, a 10k in July and I've just proved to myself I can already make the distance :)

3.4 miles today, 27.4 out of 60. It was a really hard run today, I just can't get my clothing right and I ended up really hot and sweaty. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy some shorts, I hate my legs so much and I never get them out!

5.3 miles today, 24 out of 60. My furthest distance and also my fastest pace, average 11.57 minute mile, I've finally got under 12 :)

2.1 miles this morning, it was so windy I'm pretty sure I was running on the spot for half of it. I wasn't feeling it at all today, I had a slight pain at the top of my leg and I just felt really awkward for the whole of the run. I've just found out I've got anaemia and I've been prescribed iron tablets. Since I started running about 7 weeks ago I've only been able to run at 6am because if I leave it any later in the day I'm just way too tired. I'm usually asleep within minutes of putting my kids to bed at 7pm! Does anyone else have it and does it…

I'd planned to do 4 miles today, my furthest ever run, but I barely managed to do 2. I've learned a valuable lesson, do not run when you are ill! Headache, sinus pain, blocked nose and general feeling of being hit by a bus and yet bizarrely I thought a good run would sort me out! Lesson learned, going to rest for a few…

162.2 for me today, it was my birthday on Monday and I had a major blow-out so I'm happy with that :)

3.4 miles today, 28.8 miles in total. Really good run, my speed averaged 11.49 minute miles, the first time I've been under 12.10 minute miles. Really pleased with that as I didn't feel like I was running any faster than usual :)
