I loved my surge, then got a blaze for my birthday and haven't had the surge on since. However I'm fairly gym based at the moment. I have just entered a 10k so need to get back running outside and I know I'll default to the surge for that to preserve my phone battery.

I'd like Santa to bring me a nice new gym bag, big enough to fit my junk in when I need to be presentable when leaving the gym. And maybe a pt session or two. Goals for 2016 back to10k running fitness, and to stop being one of those girls who just does cardio. I'd live to do an obstacle race too.

Prioritise and plan. Food planning is your bigger key to weight loss. I plan lunches and evening meals a couple of weeks in advance.
