Yeah at first I lost weight and thought it was great because it helped me stay away from processed food. And then I started gaining weight and I think its from all of the carbs I started consuming. I think if you think about food simply as fuel then it will help. Just think about food as fuel for your body. Also try coffee with one creamer instead of lattes.
