I'm getting married in March and I have a strapless wedding dress. I need exercises that target my upper back. Any recommendations?

Chin-ups and pull-ups. As more of an accessory Lat Pulldowns, rows, and rear flyes.0

Here goes exercies (a few) I do at home with dumbells and EZ bar or Long Bar (i also have a chip up bar)
DB or Long Bar - Dead Lift
DB - Lat Pullover
Pull Up - chip up bar
Close Grip Chin Ups - chin up bar
EZ Bar Rows
One Arm Rows
Reverse Flies
You can build shoulders and upper back and alot more..
DB - lateral raises
Upright rows
Just a sample... you will be amazed at what happens when you build up your shoulders.. Just FYI.. just something for ya to research and look into..0 -
Bent over rows
Upright rows
Overhead presses
You can use Dumbbells or a bar
Deadlifts
Deadlifts will work the booty as well
Most people don't mind having a little bubble booty.0 -

All of these.
Add back squats and bench (or floor) press and you'll hit everything. Follow Starting Strength if you want planned progression.0 -

-Facepulls
-Lying T-bar rows
