Its the 5th day of October, guess I'm a bit late in proclaiming my goals for the month. Here they are: * eat slowly, put my fork/spoon down between bites * keep going to the weight room Monday, Wed, and Fridays * reach out to a friend at least once a week * pray and meditate daily * drink more water
