First time here, and will aim for 50 miles. I live in a very hilly, high altitude area so will be happy to achieve 50 as a new runner!

54 years old, lost almost 40 lbs in less than a year by counting every calorie in, and very best guessing (on the low side) exercise calories. Just because our basic burn drops as we age does not negate the truth of the CICO equation. We just have to be more accurate than 20 yos

I tried it with cottage cheese instead of mayo. It was great, liked it better!

5"3', 54 yo, 162lb. 1200 plus part of exercise cals. Losing slowly, total around 32lb down. 30 more to go i think...

Do manufacturers have to be accurate with the calories per weight unit? Is it just the portion size that can be off???
