Wk 3-205 Wk 4- 205 So, no weight loss, but after a week of celebrating my birthday and a wedding I'm pretty proud I didn't gain from last week and at least maintained. This weeks meals are planned out and I'm ready to see a loss next week

Today is my rest day from working out

Today I checked my measurements and saw a loss of an inch on my waist and half an inch on my hips in a week! I haven't had any loss on the scale in about 6 days so this has helped me keep the faith

Today I had zucchini pizza boats while my family had pizza for dinner. It was delish! I also did my first HIIT kettle bell workout and I may be dead. LOL

Oh, and my weakness is any strengthening exercises. It's something I really need to work into my routine. I'm thinking about getting a kettle all and doing routines using that.

Right now I do 30 minutes of zumba 5-7 days a week. I like to use the clubfitz channel on YouTube for a fun workout that's free! I also do "kids" yoga every day with my daughters. It's a DVD we have that runs about 35 minutes and we do it after breakfast and getting dressed. It's not very intense but it's a good stretch…

Today I saw a loss on the scale, have for the most part stuck to my diet- though I did have an oatmeal cookie I need to log, did kids yoga with my daughters, and did 30 minutes of zumba. Feeling good!

With my diet, I gave up soda and coffee. It's hard at first, but I've been consuming about 3L of water a day and I feel fantastic. I drink two glasses before breakfast, and it not only wakes me up and gets me energized but I'm full much quicker!
