If I cut my salt too much I will be under siege by the baddest Charley Horses you’ll ever know 😭 Sprinkling some salt on your food won’t hurt at all (given that you’re not under any medical conditions).

Sounds like being concerned for you is a waste of time. With an actual health issue all those things you do could result in injury. Not that you should stop...but maybe you could unwad those britches a little bit and just say thanks for the concern.

ALL I can think of is Booty booty rockin’ everywhere :D Honestly I wish these diet fads could be regulated in some way. OP I’m glad this is giving you a boost and helping you stay motivated but please understand that this diet philosophy is a load of hog wash!

At 5’1” I’m 135 and at a decent point...way better than where I started anyway! But I’m really hoping I can whittle down another 20 lbs next year (though I’m lifting so we’ll see where my body composition goes as more weight comes off).

Whew! It’s taken a few years from Photo A to B but I’m still going strong! About 85 pounds down so far with a handful to go.

Mine is “don’t demonize a food group” =) Aside from an allergy of course. Carbs, fats, sugars...every macro has a place in my daily diet and I don’t avoid one more than the other!

I will fight someone to the death for their Peaches & Cream flavor at the moment haha! But to be fair I never have “real” ice cream (not even as a child) so I can’t reliably compare the two. I do love the brand though!

I drink plenty of water but I love diet soda and have one daily. No adverse effect on weight loss and it keeps my sweet tooth well under control! I quit smoking several years ago and I don’t drink alcohol so my Diet Pepsi can be pried my from cold, dead hands haha!

Patience. 100% patience. I’m 5’1” but most of my friends are 5’5” and up. We all eat at around 1300 a day (which is too low for them but that’s not my place). I exercise my fanny off on top of that. But guess who is creeping on the scale while the others are blitzing past their goals? It’s hard not to compete with friends…

I don’t want to be that stereotypical fat military spouse that sits at home and does nothing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They have all kinds of cute names for us...Dependapotomus or Tricaratops to name a few. The more I can improve myself and avoid that sort of name calling the better!
