What scale do you use?? I’m in the same boat. I track on MFP and I have around the same amount of calories I need to eat to lose bc I don’t weigh “that much”. I’m glad you’ve gone down again! I fluctuate a lot and I guess I could be eating more than I think I am

I’m usually 20-40 % for iron sometimes a bit more or less

Thanks for the food suggestions!! Do you know how much iron is the right amount? I will look on my previous MFP days for some kind of accurate iron levels. I just bought B12 so that’s perfect

I’m doing 1,200 calories too but I just started. I don’t feel like it’s too low when I eat healthy low calorie snacks and eat spaced out.
