  • I have just read about the fasting 5 / 2 plan I am going to try this plan I think this is something that I can maintain long term.
  • First it was Easter I didn't bother logging then the day after Easter then the day after that now it's the day before the 1 St and I will miss my 4 lb goal. Back at it today.
