Totally get the digging deep and doing it for myself. But it's always nice to have chearleaders and encouraging others. I feel most of my friends in RL are so not into changing their lifestyle and it almost becomes a hassle being around them because of it.

Congrats! Best of luck on your journey! Mine started with a broken engagement and depression. I gained a lot of weight unfortunately but now I'm on my way to healing my entire being. Changed my eating habits, eating healthy and exercising everyday. Feeling wonderful again and motivated.
