Drink your calories, make shakes with things like milk, banana, peanut butter, oats. Makes it way easier to eat more calories

I dont remember any exact figures but my biggest day of eating was 4,309 calories and i only weigh 66 kg

Ive gained 8kg over the best part of a year, ups and downs along the way gaining/losing a few kgs here and there but today i am 8kg above my starting weight. Its not always easy and certainly helps to have someone working on the same road

Just personal experience, i often had stomach pain when i ate bigger meals and i saw a doctor. He said my stomach shrank because i hadnt been eating enough so the big meals stretched it uncomfortably. My advice is similar to what someone else said, smaller portions spread out throughout the day and eventually your stomach…
