Greetings. Good luck with your goal. I think 10 lbs a month would be difficult for me. I'm working on a body fat loss of 5% in six weeks. I don't know what that will translate to in lbs, but I struggle keeping my macros balanced.

I'm 54. Been weight training ( light to moderate) 30 min. three days a week for a year or so.
