It happens, but keep plugging at it daily thru diet and exercise. Weight goes on SO FAST for me, comes off like molasses relative to the gain. Never too late to do anything positive :)

I'm in on this. Goal 180ish. Was 245 on 3/20/17. Challenge and inspire each other. I put mine on over an 18 month period (up, up, up, down), I certinaly hope it will take a lot less than that to loose. 4/24: 227.4 lb

my goal over this round is not to have any drinks over the weekend ! I thought I did well, but the scale told me a different tale and I lost many days of weight loss. I was surprised actually but took it as a lesson learned.

nothing in particular, just try to eat a balanced diet with lean protein. I've dieted (and gained) enough in my lifetime to know how to do this !

don't give up, i had plenty of sideways days in my journey. daily scale weighs can be "dangerous" to expectations but I continue to do daily weighs. Right now I'm at nearly the peak of overweight, so my body craves. I feed it a protien bar. When I'm down close to my goal weight, I most always skip, especially on weekdays. Weekends I try to splurge with a nice healthy-ish breakfast.
