I can so relate. My knees and hips are bad and I am back up to 205. I did manage to get to the low 190's but slid back. I am 69. Got up this morning determined to start again. We can do this even if it is slowly. Please feel free to add me as a friend if you wish. Joyce

Welcome, I have been away for awhile and trying to get back on track. I am older (69) with arthritis and knee problems. Feel free to add me if you like. Gentle exercise is what I need.

I am new to this group and have just started lcd. My goals are to stick with the program. Try to lose a minimum of a pound or more per week Drink water. This is a huge challenge for me I have a bad knee but would like to get back on our treadmill, even if just a short time

Can't figure out how to add friends. I am older and could really use friends who are also on this journey.

I also found that the lchf works for me unfortunately I went off the plan and over time regained more weight. While on the program, my doctor who is not a lchf fan, told me to KEEP on the program because I was doing so much better on it. I don't have fibromyalgia but arthritis in hips, knees, hands and wrists. Right now…

Please let us know the city you are in. Many of the churches would be happy to help. I am in Ontario. The other suggestions above seemed to be helpful Do apply for disability if you can. Please feel free to add me as a friend if would like.

Hi I don't know if you are still interested in a weight loss buddy but let me know if you are. I am 69 and also live in Ontario.
