I always check my calories before eating most of the time I stay within my 1200 calories and now and again will go over 100-200 calories but it's still low calories? I'm on a 1,200 calorie daily allowance and have been now for the past 4 weeks and have only lost 1lb since then. I have a 16 month old so I'm always on the move. I can't see why I've lost only 1lb?
