Hi :) 15 lbs a very realistic target. Good luck and all the best in your workout. I once read that it's totally fine to have pizza (nobody hates pizza, ahaa) for your cheat meal, but limit it to one or two slices depending on the calories.

Hi Pixie, :) Thanks a lot for your kind words. I really appreciate it. Now I take small portion in many intervals to get rid of the traditional 3-meals per day diet. Besides that, I also replaced my dinner with a nutritional drinks and no meal after 7pm. I do at least 2 high intense cardio in the morning and evening.…
