Been doing low carb atkins for years and can keep the weight off but too much partying (alcohol) snacking and eating high carb foods since xmas and ive packed on the kgs. Getting back on track as off to bali in sept and want to look ok in my bikini. Getting on this site will keep me on track - hopefully!!

My experience in weights is that I lift at about 80% of my maximum for 10 reps on each set of weights, then I redo the same sequence at 90% for between 6 and 10 reps aiming for 8. I then redo the 3rd set @ 100% @ between 4-8 reps - whatever I can manage. I bulk up fairly quickly (in the genes).

gosh, you need to get outside and breathe some fresh air. Even if you are having trouble breathing can you go to a nice place - eg park and sit and watch and do some mindfulness breathing and then do a slow walk for about 10 minutes - it will improve your mood and your health until you can get the mould issue sorted.
