I'm so happy because today I weighed at 193.2 again so now I feel I've got myself back on track. Now for dinner I did have a fairly salty meal but I'm not sure how much water I'd be retaining if any..........so we'll see what our friend Bathroom Scale has to say.... @MiltonBuddy congrats on your success!!!

Hiiiii new people!!! I'm Lauren and I turn 21 on May 2 so that's exciting :) I'm trying to lose about 50 pounds right now and I want to be at least to a size 8 by October which is my friend's wedding. I posted before but I figured I'd try to keep the conversation going.

When I want to treat myself I get a grande or venti decaf caramel frappucino with almond milk, but that's a rarity since I know how bad they can be for me :P I also like peppermint mochas without whip in the fall. Always decaf because I can't have an excessive amount of caffeine without having heart palpitations later.

I think it depends on your body structure also! I have wide hips so I know I can't be anywhere below 130, but I had a friend who was 5 ft 10 and was not very curvy who weighed 125 pounds or so and you couldn't tell. Bone structure makes a difference!

Shorter than most of you - I'm 5 ft 8 and I'm at 195 right now, trying to hit somewhere around 130-140. Struggling right now though.

I've actually never tried that before! I will start doing that. Do you have any tips on accurate measurements or can you recommend me a good guide for accuracy?? You know what sucks is that two days AFTER my weigh in I lost 1.6 pounds :rage: :lol:
