For me, I love love love the iced coffees at Dunkin Donuts, and normally I get them unsweetened. But a special treat is to get it with the flavor swirls (which have sugar). Sometimes I will just get one anyway and budget around the calories in it, but normally I save them as a special treat as a reward for "good behavior"…

I'm not sure, just knowing I have the support I need is really helpful. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and then I try to do some distance running on the other days, but I've been naughty as far as eating well lately so that's probably affecting my mood.
