    Exercise - Yes, I was able to go ride for 70 minutes.

    Goal - To complete my diary the day of, I get most things entered, but sometimes don't get dinner entered until the follow day.

    Calories- 60 over. Ate less carbs (135g) and more protein, but dinner was at 11pm :/

    Goal for tomorrow and the rest of the week: eat low carb, try to bring carb intake close to 100g
