NSV; Backstory- I seem to have trouble enjoying just a little indulgence. I eat something delicious until it’s gone.
My Dad is almost 87 and he still comes in to work 5 days a week. He still bakes, cooks, gardens and cans the best sweet pickles EVER!
Monday He brought in some delicious fresh baked oatmeal raisin cookies. My first instinct was to secretly throw them away. Then I put my big girl pants on. I hate to waste food especially coming from this amazing man.
I ate JUST ONE each day-yesterday and today. Control is powerful!
