Goals/Day: Today was a good day. No rain and not to cold for the baby out so I motivated myself to go walk. Beautiful day. Decided to put the past few weeks of bad food choices and lack of exercise behind me and get with the program again . Only thing I didn't get in today was enough water, which I replaced a couple glasses with diet soda that I was craving.3 -

Goals/Day: This has been a long week. Four out of five people in my house have been sick with RSV. It was really bad with the 6 month old and scary. So I have not been exercising but I believe I have been mostly eating okay except for the day when I had a bunch of chips.
