    I went to the spa yesterday and was trying to estimate how many calories we're in the foods I ate there, so I hope I estimated well.

    @shanteel612 great day! I hope that everyone at your house gets well soon. We're in the same boat. My husband and I are the only ones who aren't sick yet, but everyone else around us is....we're lysoling EVERYTHING and wearing masks....I DON'T WANT IT!!
    @landryferguson I have to say that I am slightly jealous of a spa day :) Great job keeping up with your calories through that too!

    Goals/Day: Another fairly decent day. Tomorrow I am going to start the 16/8 intermittent fasting, to where I eat my foods within an 8 hr time frame, and fast for 16 hrs. For now, my goal is to give this a try for the whole week.

    Today: 153 (69.4 kg)

    Wow, I really have no idea what's going on. Just hoping it stays this way! :D

    Btw this was my first goal: to get under 70kg. Next goal is to get to 65, so I will have a normal BMI.
