    Goals/Day: Today was a good day. No rain and not to cold for the baby out so I motivated myself to go walk. Beautiful day. Decided to put the past few weeks of bad food choices and lack of exercise behind me and get with the program again :). Only thing I didn't get in today was enough water, which I replaced a couple glasses with diet soda that I was craving.

    Goals/Day: This has been a long week. Four out of five people in my house have been sick with RSV. It was really bad with the 6 month old and scary. So I have not been exercising but I believe I have been mostly eating okay except for the day when I had a bunch of chips.

    I went to the spa yesterday and was trying to estimate how many calories we're in the foods I ate there, so I hope I estimated well.

    @shanteel612 great day! I hope that everyone at your house gets well soon. We're in the same boat. My husband and I are the only ones who aren't sick yet, but everyone else around us is....we're lysoling EVERYTHING and wearing masks....I DON'T WANT IT!!
    @landryferguson I have to say that I am slightly jealous of a spa day :) Great job keeping up with your calories through that too!

    I wanted to ask did anyone try food supplements? Like Thermogrnic energiser or similar ones? I've never try before but have read it help a lot.
