    Don't stress. Plan! I intend to taste everything, even if it's just a spoonful. Plus I'll drink lots of water. Not to mention my 2x a day workouts. I can't afford to miss doing that Thursday. Don't worry. We got this! 😄

    Exercise: Yes- 36 min walk, 15 min aerobics & 5 min squats
    Goals/Day: Well today's eating wasn't so bad, under on all my macros but I ate more carbs than I wanted. Goal for the rest of the week is to make sure and get a good workout in daily and not go overboard eating Wednesday and Thursday.

    Honestly just thought about this and its not letting me edit my post- I ate bread today. A biscuit with my dinner. Grrrrr. Goal for the rest of the week also is no bread.
