My goal for November was to reach 169 pounds, and I am so excited that I am 169.2, with 2 Saturday weigh-ins still to go this month. My new goal is to reach 165 before I go visit some relatives in early December. The last time they saw me, I was over 200 pounds.5

Don't stress. Plan! I intend to taste everything, even if it's just a spoonful. Plus I'll drink lots of water. Not to mention my 2x a day workouts. I can't afford to miss doing that Thursday. Don't worry. We got this! 😄2 -

Goals/Day: Well today's eating wasn't so bad, under on all my macros but I ate more carbs than I wanted. Goal for the rest of the week is to make sure and get a good workout in daily and not go overboard eating Wednesday and Thursday.0 -
