    @mram3582 Thanks for the support. I'm really hoping it's mostly sodium too.🤞Today, I lugged most of the sweets to school and shoved them in the staff lounge and then refused to go near that room. 2 staff members called me the devil. It's called self preservation and the cake goes tomorrow! o:)

    Goals/Day: Decent day, I got my husband fast food for lunch today and kids McDonald's last night which doesn't happen very often at all, and I didn't get myself anything. It wasn't even a struggle. I honestly didn't want the junk.

    sadness, some of that is still sodium which I expect to be gone by tonight, but not in time for this weigh in. I have to say that it was a yummy week though. It is my first gain since being on mfp for 10 months and expected.

    This week.... 190lbs. I just cannot believe it .I weighed and reweighed. This is the 1st time that I have ever lost weight after Thanksgiving. I am hoping to get out of the 90's by the end of the year.

    Cal Under Exercise. This morning I went to the mall too early thinking that it had early opening hours ,so instead of sitting around and waiting for the stores to open I joined the mall-walking group and completed my 45 mins exercise for today.Talk about killing 2 birds with one stone.
