#evangsimmom, thanks. You are right, I do prepare many many dishes, and I really enjoy my TG with my friends and family.I tried doing some extra exercises to compensate . Hope that it works.1

Daily goal: Google how to un-newt someone...asking for a friend....I'm not getting up tomorrow....well, maybe to pee and to eat more pie, but then it is right back to bed for me!

@Ecowles675 Have you changed anything up in your routine lately? Sometimes that helps....sometimes that lead to some water retention too but it still helps in the long run. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family too!
