@mram3582 I meal prep every Sunday. Before I broke my leg (5 months ago) I was on a great routine for about the past 2 years. When I am busy, I tend to forget to make lists and forgot to pick things up at the store or make easier choices to pack (still healthy, but not variety.)1

@cdavisdeva Bread is so hard to avoid especially this time of year! Pretty proud of you for doing such a good job avoiding the temptation. Have you tried potato waffles? They're pretty yummy too.

Hey guys so sorry I've been MIA lately. My weight has been kind of stagnant and to be honest I'm in a mental funk over it right now.
