    @RisingAboveIt I hope that your foot feels better but awesome job staying under because 1000 calories a day deficit is no joke hard! Same with @cdavisdeva you're still in a hard deficit for the week and tomorrow is a bright shiny new day.

    @AB0215 You're welcome! I couldn't ask for a better team. This week is a little hard for me- work just swapped me to day shift for training for the next month or so, so I have to get use to day shift instead of night shift. I'm going to be a zombie for the next week until I acclimate....and then they will put me right back to night shift :)

    Goals/Day: I ran 5 miles and felt like I could run more, but I am not sure what I can and can't do yet with the plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I am itching to get back to distance running, but I am trying to be smart about this and let it heal up.

    Total lost this month is 6 lbs. Couldn't exercise as much as I wanted to this week due to my back flaring up. But I still had a victory for the month!!!! 😁😁😁😁

    Alrighty! Along with the daily posts and questions of the week, I am trying to come up with new mini games and challenges to keep the new (and not new) people checking the page regularly. So far, I have a Bingo game, a relay scavenger hunt, and a 1up challenge. If you have any ideas, games, challenges, questions, I would love to incorporate them. <3
