The OP has lost 13 pounds, so if s/he is trying to lose weight, they're on the right track. If they're trying to gain or maintain, they're failing because they've lost 13 pounds. I believe that's what crazyravr was saying.

That's right. Anything that may help the bone heal faster, and the muscle and tendon repair fast. I've been using arnica topically to help with the major swelling I had. It, combined with a compression sleeve and ice, seems to be helping. :-)

I just needed to say how envious I am - I'm 5'9 and 195 and a snug size 14. When I was 240 I was a 22/24. So I'm very jealous!

Carbs weren't the culprit - last night I only had 33. Night before was 88 I think. Didn't crash today, but also didn't sit down and give myself a chance to. Hopefully it's just a matter of getting used to it. I don't like sleeping on a full tummy!

LOL Sorry, yes, forgot to specify. Supposedly because they're high on the food chain and eat other mercury-laden fish they are positively teeming with mercury. I'm assuming I'm not in any danger, but it did make me stop and think when I saw somebody say you should only have one serving of tuna a week!

OMG I will NEVER make hard boiled eggs on the stovetop again! They all came out perfectly in the IP, and you can practically peel them in just two pieces! I was so excited I even stopped a co-worker to show them, LOL. Thanks for the roast recipe!

Flew for the first time since losing 35 pounds. Wow. I'm still chubby but it's amazing how much easier/comfier it is to fit in the seats now, and the seat belt wasn't stretched all the way out. It was very cool!
