Set your activity level to active and follow what they recommend. You can change things around after a week or two based off of how your body responds. Have fun with it, trial and error.

I've taken a few month breaks throughout the years and I always regretted them. I'd come back in the gym feeling weak, small but motivated to get back what I lost. It's been a few months since I've let that happen and I'm determined to not fall back into that cycle. Thank you and good luck =)

MyFitnessPal gives you a recommendation on your calories/macro nutrients based off of your goals. if you track everything you eat, and stick within the parameters they give you, it WILL work. DIET is 80% of seeing any results. If you aren't eating for your goals, you won't reach them.
