How did it go for y’all over the holidays?

I’d like to join! I was looking for a challenge to end at the end of June - so this is perfect! It’s always easier for me if there are other to make me accountable!

One of mine is not to deprive myself. If I am too strict on myself, then the next time I have a "day off" I'll take advantage of it and binge eat all those foods I felt deprived of. If I want dessert or to go over my calorie goal I just watch my portions. For me this makes it a more realistic lifestyle change.
