I had the aame problem when i started my weight loss journey. I had to take milk of mag a couple of times and inceease my fat intake slightly. After that it stopped being a problem.

I work nights and i log from 3pm to 3 pm, even on my days off. It works better for me.

I started out at 442. I am down to 335 and can tell a little in my clothes and some in my neck and shoulders. My problem is i dont see it in my belly and that's where i wanna see it the most. Sometimes when i weigh myself i think the scales are lying.

I start my calories at 3pm everyday. Thats when i wake up so thats when i start counting for the day. I eat dinner with my family, have a snack about 9pm, lunch at 1am, snack at 4am, and a small meal when i get home.

Mason jar salads are the best. I make 5 every Sunday and grab em on the way out the door everyday.

I make lasagna roles....take a lasagna noodle, put a little sauce down the middle, top with cheese, roll up. Little more sauce on top with a little more cheese and put it in the oven to melt the cheese. Its a lot easier to control the calories.
