I'm cutting and I eat a blueberry bagel with six jumbo eggs every day for breakfast. That is by far my favorite meal. It's 220cal

I cook ever Sunday for the whole week. If you eat rice just cook it ever night lol or it's rough.

I was always a fat kid though out my whole life. It was a mental thing for me gaining weight after I lost 100lb. You have to get your mind right and be willing to change. Don't be scared to put on alittle weight. Just focuse on your goals!!!! Hope this helps some good luck

I work a crazy schedule and some days do not know when I'll be off. I eat pretty much the same thing every day. It sucks but if I don't have a meal plan I'll end up eating fast food
