I love zumba too. The instructors at my gym will have you panting. Pushups, jump squats, it feels like a dancing tabata class. Love it all! :)

Not trying to be funny but I wish someone had taught me to peel bananas before freezing. My first attempt was not good. :) Frozen bananas in protein sounds like it would make it into a little dessert. Great idea

It all seemed crazy. But, I am definitely an amateur. He asked them if they could feel it in their biceps. They said no, just their shoulders. There was no form but to hold in their tummy. I am glad I didn't join in that fiasco. It seemed a recipe for injury. I'm going to learn to ignore the crazy I guess.

Take a good multivitamin. Do you stretch before and do a little warm up? The warm up could just be for 5-10 minutes on the treadmill/elliptical (your fave equipment) before you start

Were you walking or running? Lol Pretty awesome either way!

Don't beat yourself up. You kept it moving and getting derailed happens to all of us. Don't let it take your head to a place that will not encourage you in your journey. I had bad days and kept it moving and you were right there cheering so many on for getting activity in. Me included. Great job on getting up and moving…
