Get the app for your phone. It's not going to seem so time consuming.

You CAN do this! We all can! :)

OP, you are wonderful and beautiful! We all are!! You already took the first step by seeking out help. Set small achievable goals. For example, a goal could be to not skip meals. To add a vegetable to every meal, to walk for 15 minutes 3 times a week or everyday. You choose goals thats important to you and achievable and…

Great job. Hey, don't discount walking your dog. You kept it moving! :)

I used to eat Ezekiel bread before I found out I was allergic to wheat. Loved it. One thing that it would do is fill you up. You didn't want to eat slice after slice of it like you would with soft breads like potato rolls. I would switch to Ezekiel bread (food for life brand) first and you will cut back because it's not…

Blood tests would be only way. My own personal experience is like so many others. I would eat rolls, pastas, etc and feel horrible after so many days of it. My joints ached, my rosacea would flare up, just alot of different medical issues. The interesting thing is that I was at the ENT because the medicine for my allergies…

This right here is a non scale victory!

Your dog walk involves an insane amount of cuteness. That burns an extra 200 calories. Lol

I totally failed at my arm and ab challenge. Stopped that a while ago to start lifting heavier. I'm totally ok with that instead right now. Had Zumba today and it was great.

You had a great couple of days there. Glad you liked zumba. I always feel like a dancer until I look in the mirror during zumba. Lol

Walked 1.5 miles. It was my rest day but I needed to walk to relieve some stress.

Jump right in. Welcome! :)

I totally agree with all of this! :)

It's where you alternate the intensity of your walk at intermittent times. Instead of walking at the same pace throughout your walk, you can increase your pace every 2 minutes for a minute then back to your normal pace. Do this throughout the walk. Another thing you can do is to add jumping jacks or squats every 2…

Is the vest cumbersome? I read that it gives you a better result. Do you like yours?

10 minute treadmill for the warmup at 3.5 mph and weightlifting. Zumba twice today. I'm already sore. What was going through my mind? Omg

Are you hungry later in the evening since you had dinner so early?

Increase your workout. You walk and lift? Break up the monotony, lift then do a walking hiit routine. Burns more fat. Really sweat it out. Don't add in the steps you rack up everyday from your Fitbit or whatever you're using. Just use the burn that you're getting from your workouts. You might be overestimating your…

Zumbathon today. 3 hours of Zumba fun. I feel it already. Tomorrow I want to take a yoga class after lifting weights. I really want a massage right now, not going to lie. :)

10 minutes treadmill, 30 minute hiit butt elliptical routine, weightlifting, 3 minutes crunches including incline crunches. I want one of those incline thingies. Next time I see 1 at the thrift store, Im getting it, if it's cheap. :)

Are you married to the idea of baking something? Something fun that I do is a chocolate fountain with the dippers. Plenty of fruit, rice crispy treats (gluten free btw) and other yummies that I think wouldn't contaminate that chocolate. (I'm allergic to wheat) An ice cream bar is something else that I do, with toppings,…
