  • 240 to 150 These last 10 pounds to lose will be the death of me!!
  • Minus 89 lbs :)
  • Congratulations!!! Such an amazing accomplishment.
  • When I started I was 241 (5'6") and was an 18 although the those were all incredibly tight on me and I refused to go into the 20s..... They got so tight that I knew it was either lose weight or go up a couple sizes... Now I'm 157 :)) best decision I ever made.
  • 218-180-161. My heaviest was ~245 but I was too chicken to take any pics then (regretting that now but what can you do?!) 20 more pounds to goal!!! I can almost say I'm in the 150s and that hasn't happened since high school! Also, is it weird that I have no problem sharing these pictures with strangers on the internet but…
  • I'm not sure I understand your question. How do I plan to lose the rest of the weight? By cico :) but I feel like that's not what you're asking lol.
  • Well this was the main image I was trying to share. I think this will work.
  • Dang idk if the photos are working or not :/
  • You look absolutely gorgeous!!! Way to go! I am in somewhat of a rut as well right now. Started at 240 and now sitting at 165. Looking to lose about 25 more pounds. Here's my before and after (up to this point!!)
  • I've always had an extremely large chest. Even at my smallest in high school I constantly got comments of "do you know how big your boobs are?" ...... No I had no idea. Thanks. When I started losing weight I was a tight 40DDD. That's gone down with my 70 lb weight loss (thank god) but now they're just flabby old deflated…
  • Thank you all for the replies!! I went ahead and got the skull candy sweat resistant ones. If these don't work then I guess ill shell out the money for some Bose. Thanks again :)
  • Left is July 2015 ~245 lbs right is a few days ago ~175 lbs. 35 to go!!
  • The mind is crazy. For so long I saw myself as 150 lbs. well stepping on a scale and seeing 241 def changed that. Now I'm down to 175 and all I see is the 241 lb girl. Someday my brain will see me as I am.
  • Why thank you!!! Depends on the day but I've been averaging about 20 miles a week. Some days I run one mile some days I do six. All depends on how I feel and what time I work (I'm a server/bartender so I'm constantly on my feet anyways) no lifting (yet!!) am planning on incorporating lifting when I get closer to goal and…
  • I don't eat during the day almost ever (generally just not hungry during that time) and eat my cals at night. Generally from 7pm-midnight is when I consume all my cals for day aside from maybe 100-200. Down 65 lbs thus far :)
  • I couldn't control myself at all with alcohol. When I drank, I drank with purpose (to get drunk) and once intoxicated I could justify eating anything other the sun. Needless to say that lifestyle and losing weight did not go together and I was beyond unhealthy. Happy to say I'm six months sober and I'm down 65 lbs! (About…
  • Started up mfp in September (wasn't serious about it until late October though) Sw:~245 Cw:~175 Began running two months ago (almost exactly two months ago!) and have loved having the extr calories to play around with and still lose! I'm also 5'6. And still have about 35 lbs to lose until goal
  • No idea if the pics will work butttttt I tried Left is July 2015 ~245. Right was today at 178
  • When I got to my biggest (about 245) I realized I couldn't just bend over and pick something up. I had to make a big production about squatting down and making sure my pants stayed up and attempting to suck in my tummy so I only a few rolls..... Good times. Not so much a problem at 178. I second the seat belt thing!
  • I began running in mid February and have been able to add miles much quicker than I had planned. Goal is to run a half marathon next February. On Monday I was able to do 6 miles no stopping about 11:30 a mile. My biggest problem is not taking rest days. I feel like if I take a day off I am somehow a failure. Tomorrow I've…
  • I am for sure going slow to start with. I guess while I consider myself a beginner runner, I am not without experience as I played all sports in high school including cross country. However that was 8 years ago and have barely moved since those days. And the weekend shouldn't be too expensive for me as I only live 45…
  • Thank you for all the replies!! Run number two is in the books. :) My running is definitely mental. I want to stop so bad but when I've finished I think "I could go more". Really need to work on that mentality.
  • My best friend ran it two years ago and she loved it!! She would do one with me next year but she's currently pregnant so wouldn't have time to train. Please add me, I'm on my phone and don't know how to do it from here lol
  • Yes please add me!! I'm on my phone and don't know how to do it from here lol :)
  • Hello from the states! I'm married and have a 5 year old fur baby named Scooby!! My honeymoon is in October and I can't wait!! Sw: 241 Cw: 198 Gw: 149
  • Thank you everyone!! These message boards are one of the big things that keeps me going. So much inspiration and information out there. And I figured a work out would be more productive than chips. I'm trying not to reward myself with food any more. Didn't help the first 25 years of life so gotta change something!
  • Aside from health reasons and sick of not fitting into anyyyyy cute clothes any more, in October I'm going to Europe for the first time with my husband (our honeymoon... A year later lol!) and I want to actually take pictures and remember it. I hate having pictures taken now because of how I look so I want to change that…
  • Thank you!! I've been hovering just above it for awhile now so I was kind of surprised I was under 200 this morning. Got to keep on trucking though!!
  • Not sure if I'll do this correctly so sorry if pix do not show up July 2015 Feb 2016
  • I absolutely loooove mine. One question I have for anyone is I used to have the Fitbit charge and loved it but for Xmas my husband bought me the charge hr because I thought it would more accurately give me stats. A few things I have definitely noticed though is that with the HR I have fewer steps doing the same things as…
